HeathWade Creative takes multiple exposures of each photo to capture the finest details in every room of the listing. Additionally, we use tripods, remote shutters, wide-angle lenses and special software to produce great images. Yes!   We are fully licensed and insured. In addition we hold a FAA Certified UAS Pilots Certificate that allows us to operate drone for commercial use and insures you job is completed legally and safely!

What is needed to book an appointment?

We will need your name, email and cell phone number, what services you are looking for including any upgrades, the full property address and any other details you feel are important.

If I provide a lockbox code, will you be able to shoot the property unattended?

Yes!  We typical run into clients that are busy and we are happy to shoot a home without the need for you to be present.  And if you like you are welcome to be present as well.

Does you service included editing?

Yes!  All of our photography and videography services include professional editing, color grading, music added to videos, graphics, titles for videos, etc.

When and how will I receive my photos and or video?

After we complete shooting property, we will start editing.  Most jobs have a 24 hour turn-a-round.  If we see this will be longer we will notify you and let you know.  Our goal is to get your competed files to you as quickly as possible!

What if for some reason I am not satisfied?

Our #1 goal is to make sure our clients are completely satisfied.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us immediately and we will do what it takes to make sure you are 100% happy!   That's our promise!
